Based On Pattachitra And Memphis.
'Pattachitra', which literally translates to a picture on canvas, is a traditional art form that was used to depict the narrative of the ancient days - folk tales, mythological stories and other newsworthy events.
.Taking inspiration from this traditional art form, we aim to blend Pattachitra with modern day ‘Memphis’ art to depict stories of today that are special and native to Kolkata.
